Darksiders II is an action RPG hack and slash video game developed by Vigil Games and published by THQ. This is the sequel Darksiders and released in August 2012 for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and was released for the Wii U on the opening day in all regions except Japan.
Players take control over death, one of the four horsemen of the apocalypse. The core of the game is an action role-playing hack and slash style. The game allows frequent use of the interactive puzzle elements that require players to think their way through a series of levers, doors, lifts, portals, etc. to pass through and reach the goal.
